Exam Rules and Regulations |

|
All candidates appearing in the examinations are required to strictly follow the Rules, Regulations and instructions as under: |

| 1 | Candidate is required to be present in the Examination Hall 5-minutes before the start of the examination. Candidates late for more than 15 minutes will not be allowed to appear in the examination. |
| 2 | Candidate is not allowed to leave examination hall before half time. |
| 3 |
It is the responsibility of the candidate to bring pen/ballpoint, pencil, sharpener, scale, calculator etc. with him in the examination hall. No lending/borrowing of such materials are allowed. |
| 4 | Candidate must keep his mobile phone switched off during the entire period of his examination. |
| 5 | Be seated according the seating plan, change of seat by the student himself is not allowed. |
| 6 | Candidate want to use washroom must take prior permission from the examination supervisor/invigilator. |
| 7 | Usages of unfair means in the examination are strictly prohibited. If caught, will be penalized with cancellation of the particular paper / rest of the examinations. In this regard the decision of the examination supervisor will be binding. |
| 8 | Whispering/talking in the examination hall is prohibited. |
| 9 | Any query about the examination question paper must be carried out with the concerned faculty member within the first 10 minutes of the start of the examination. After that no query will be handled. For this purpose, candidate may standup on his seat, as indication and the faculty member will attend him on his seat. |
| 10 | Student must write his Name, Student ID and Date on the Answer Book at the given place and on the top right hand corner of each sheet used for answering examination question paper. |
| 11 | Candidate must ensure that his handwriting is legible. |
| 12 | Making noise, confronting with the examination supervisory staff, non-obedience of instructions, walkout etc. will be treated as usage of un-fair means and will be dealt accordingly. |
| 13 | Candidate must ensure himself that he has handed over his answer sheets (duly stapled) to the examination staff. Any loss and claim thereof will not be the responsibility of the examination staff. |
